He’s planned and executed operational assessments for some of the most elite capabilities in service today. From sniper platforms to ISR tech, Jim knows what it takes to make a product mission-ready, field-test validated, and acquisition-aligned—because he’s done it from the inside.
Now, as the founder of PK Defense Solutions Group, he brings that experience to small businesses looking to do business with the government. Jim is known in both military and professional circles as a straight shooter, a servant leader, and someone who truly cares about doing things the right way.
